Before you go

  • Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
  • Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
  • For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Nobu at Caesars completely exceeded my expectations! I stopped in for happy hour and was highly impressed. The happy hour menu offers an exceptional selection of beautifully prepared bites. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet welcoming, and the service was attentive from start to finish. If you’re looking to enjoy the Nobu experience without committing to a full dinner, their happy hour is an incredible value. Absolutely delicious, beautifully executed, and well worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Nobu definitely lived up to the hype. Every single dish we ordered was absolutely amazing, and there honestly wasn’t a miss. The starters completely stole the show for me. The Yellowtail with Jalapeño was incredibly fresh, the toro tartare with caviar was amazing, and the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna was easily my favorite dish of the night. I could’ve ordered another plate just for myself. For the mains, the Beef Toban Yaki and the lobster dish were my top two. Both were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. We also had the Black Cod with Miso. I can definitely see why it’s Nobu’s signature dish, but personally I found it a little sweeter than I prefer. It was still very good, just not my favorite compared to everything else we had. A huge shoutout to our waiter, Mike, who made the whole experience even better. He was so enthusiastic, friendly, and genuinely fun to talk to. He took the time to explain almost every item on the menu, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose an incredible lineup of dishes. His knowledge and energy really elevated the entire meal. Between the outstanding food, beautiful presentation, and exceptional service, this was an unforgettable

A HIGH LEVEL FOOD EXPERIENCE! The presentation and food quality is at a high level. The dining experience is for special occasions not for everyday dining! We dined here for our anniversary while staying at the Nobu Hotel. The CRISPY RICE W/ AVOCADO was amazing and one of the lower priced items. The rice was in squares and fried served with a butter soy dipping sauce and the avocado was a sort of Japanese guacamole if that’s a thing, which was amazing. Together it was one the crispy rice and avocado dish was one of the best flavor profiles I came by in a long time. The Nobu WAYGU was the highlight of the experience. We ordered the TATAKI WAYGU and it did not disappoint. It is a delicacy and it really does melt in your mouth. Although it was fresh and flavorful we did ask for sea salt for a light sprinkle which only elevated the experience. The small portion of the “WOW”GU (WAYGU) still resulted in a big food experience for us. We dined on a Saturday night and there was house DJ’s playing soft house music to add to the experience which I enjoyed. The restaurant is inside of the casino off from the casino floor just a heads up. Drinks we had…the Nobu whisky flight was wha

We had such an amazing time today!! Leesa and Greg both treated us so well! I loved how they kept checking up on us! I also love how Nobu does a “taste curation” menu where they make a menu based on your likings and preferences! That’s what we went with this time! The food was delicious and the dessert was amazing! So light and tasty! We came here in December of 2022 and now in April of 2026! We will DEFINITELY be back and will be asking for Leesa and Greg again!!!

Came in for dinner with my parents the other day. Pimwee, our hostess, is very knowledgeable and sweet! She’s outgoing and funny! I would say Nobu’s signature is definitely their black cod miso. I truly love it. It’s buttery with hints of honey in the perfect contrast. A great combination of sweet and savory. I also enjoyed their sashimi salad! The tuna was seared perfectly, paired with the salad’s dressing I’ve never had before. I’ll be sure to reorder that again next time. Their bento box was also really good. I really liked the cake. The matcha gelato would be heaven for any matcha lovers. Its umami flavor is really strong.
